toto68 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Pakistan's Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the toto68 website accessible at toto68.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and account functionality offered thereon.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access and use the toto68 Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by a Player into their toto68 account, adjusted for bets placed, winnings credited, withdrawals processed, and bonuses applied.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by toto68 under any promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of address, and payment method verification, which toto68 may require at any time.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the toto68 Platform is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, odds, and operating procedures applicable to each individual game offered on the toto68 Platform.

References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account with toto68, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not accessing toto68 from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under the laws applicable to you.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• You are opening the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from toto68 or from any other gambling platform under a programme that would preclude your registration.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or family member of any such person employed by toto68 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) toto68 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto68 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• toto68 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from toto68 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your toto68 account, including bets placed, deposits made, and any instructions submitted, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified toto68 of an account compromise prior to the activity occurring.
• toto68 implements automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity as a security measure. You should always log out of your toto68 account when accessing the platform on a shared or public device.
• Accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months — may be classified as dormant. Dormant account administration fees may apply as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.

toto68 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where toto68 has reason to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or where required to do so by the licensing authority.

toto68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing timeframes, and any applicable transaction limits are as published on the Payments page of the toto68 Platform from time to time.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. toto68 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, whether held by family members or otherwise.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and KYC clearance. toto68 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• toto68 does not accept credit card funding. All deposits must represent funds that the Player can afford to lose without adverse financial consequence.
• In the event that a Player initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit transaction through their payment provider, toto68 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Player's account, cancel all pending withdrawal requests, and initiate recovery proceedings for any amounts paid out during the period covered by the chargeback.
• toto68 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal processing fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

toto68 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Player's account at the end of this period.
• toto68 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds at any time where toto68 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing bets that constitute low-risk coverage of multiple outcomes to satisfy Wagering Requirements; and placing bets with odds below minimum thresholds specified in promotion terms.
• Participation in toto68 promotions is subject to account verification. toto68 is under no obligation to award promotional benefits to accounts that have not completed the required KYC process.
• VIP programme points accumulate automatically on all qualifying bets across all game categories at toto68. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the toto68 Platform — including live casino games, Dragon Tiger, slot games, and cricket sportsbook markets — are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are available within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets. toto68 shall not be liable for bets placed in ignorance of applicable Game Rules.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or any other system error during an active game round, toto68 will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the game based on the available data at the time of the error. toto68's determination in such circumstances shall be final.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets on the toto68 Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between Players — including but not limited to sharing cards in live poker variants, communicating about in-play sports bets in real time, or any other coordinated strategy — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• toto68 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reason to believe that the integrity of the relevant game, match, or event has been compromised, or where the bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction or incorrect odds publication.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the toto68 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by toto68 at any time without prior notice.

toto68 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their toto68 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. Once the limit is reached, the Player's active session will be terminated.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from toto68. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, toto68 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration of their current session and the net outcome of their gaming activity during that session.

toto68 actively monitors for indicators of problem gambling behaviour and may, at its discretion, apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where such indicators are identified, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

All content on the toto68 Platform — including but not limited to the toto68 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of toto68 or of its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to toto68.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the toto68 Platform without the prior written consent of toto68.
• You may not use any toto68 trade marks, logos, or brand identifiers in connection with any product, service, or communication that is not produced or expressly endorsed by toto68.
• Unauthorised use of toto68 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto68 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the toto68 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not toto68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• toto68's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the Player Balance held in the Player's verified toto68 account at the time the relevant event occurred.
• toto68 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game categories.
• toto68 is not responsible for any loss of data, winnings, or account access arising from actions or omissions attributable to you, including sharing account credentials or failing to maintain the security of your registered device.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit toto68's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

toto68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any Game Rules applicable to a game in which the Player has participated.
• toto68 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• toto68 is required to do so by its licensing authority, a regulatory body, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
• The Player's account has been identified as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• The Player has been found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• The Player has initiated or threatened any form of legal action against toto68 without first completing the dispute resolution procedure set out in §11 below.

Upon termination of an account, toto68 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, following the completion of all applicable KYC and fraud-screening checks. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon termination where the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their toto68 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are subject to the same KYC and balance verification procedures as involuntary terminations.

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the toto68 Platform, you are required to follow the procedure set out in this clause before pursuing any external remedy:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the toto68 Customer Support team at [email protected], providing your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and all relevant documentation or evidence. The toto68 support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: toto68 will conduct an internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information. This response will represent toto68's final internal position on the matter.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If you remain dissatisfied following toto68's final internal position, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority under whose licence toto68 operates. Contact details for the applicable licensing authority are available upon request from the toto68 support team.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedure above shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body. toto68 and the Player agree to submit to the jurisdiction of that body for the resolution of all disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions.

toto68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, toto68 will provide Players with at least 7 days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect, by publishing the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the toto68 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto68 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit the consumer protection rights available to you under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
